They help parents build a unique CFA standard lesson plan which maps out the subjects and activities for the school year. Parents can also get training through CFA-hosted Parenting Enrichment Seminars. There are optional CFA clubs the homeschool kids can join for the experience of learning with other kids. CFA holds support groups that get together on a quarterly basis for parents and kids to meet and encourage one another and share experiences and lessons.

      • Could you please forward the same on my email? I’m an OFW and my family will join me soon. My son is a primary 2 student enrolled in a regular private school in Cavite. When he was in primary 1 he was sick almost every month and this affected his schooling. This year, since the beginning of primary 2 class he was sick twice already. He is afraid now to go to school, thinking he will get sick again. Me and my wife decided to drop our son in the regular school and instead enroll him in a homeschooling program. Hope to receive the same email you sent. Thanks.

  13. Good Day! We are a Filipino family with my husband working in abroad. Right now, we have plans of leaving the country and try our luck with my husband. I have two kids ages 5 and 3. My daughter whose now 5 yr. old already went to Daycare and Kinder 1 successfully. In the coming school year we already might be with my husband and in this case, we might not able to find a school yet for my daughter in a foreign land. • Hi, I have 3 school aged kids, we are enrolled with The Master Academy and it’s been a great first year with them. I also recommended TMA to my 2 nieces who recently moved to China. They are in the process of enrolling now. TMAs approach to homeschooling are great for big families like mine with 4 kids, and the fees are structured in a way that’s built for long-term homeschooling (and if you plan for your kids to go to college abroad or in the U.S.). If you are just going to try out if homeschooling is right for you, then TMA might be pricey compared to other homeschool like CFA. Actually any other accredited homeschool program is great as long as you are committed to teach your child. But if money is a factor, then TMA has great options IMO specially if you have 2 kids or more. Hope this helps!
